Heat numbers are preserved on cut components rather than being lost during the sawing process, ensuring full material accountability. Weld procedures and welder qualifications are systematically documented and provided with each job upon request for compliance verification. Non-destructive testing including dye penetrant inspection, ultrasonic examination, and radiographic analysis are coordinated and formally reported before shipment when required.
